Well now you can as Tronixlabs Australia has stock of this awesome NXP LPC1114FN28 microcontroller. As mentioned in Hackaday - you can use this with the convenient online mbed.org IDE for rapid development without downloading tons of software. Please note this is a 3.3V part. You may also want a 3.3V FTDI USB-Serial converter to upload code from mbed or offline IDE.
