Our most common questions we are asked and their answers are listed below:

  • Can I collect my order in person? No - all orders are posted. If you're in a hurry please use Express Post.
  • Can you tell me if something is in stock? - Please click here to learn more.
  • How do I set up a credit account? We don't accept purchase orders. Payment is via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or bank deposit before shipment. 
  • I want to add something to an existing order! Make a new order. We will refund any possible surplus extra postage you paid on the day we send the orders.
  • Can you send me a pro-forma invoice? We can - but only for orders over $500.
  • Can you solder something for us? Or assemble a kit? Yes. Email us with the details for a quote.

If you need a copy of your tax invoice, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your Tronixlabs account
  2. Click "Completed"... and a list of your orders will be shown.
  3. Click the "View order details" button next to the order you are looking for.
  4. Once the order is displayed, click "Print Invoice" on the right-hand side of the screen. 
  5. You can now save the invoice as a .pdf or print it locally.
