In stock or not?

When an item is in stock, the actual amount is shown below the price and SKU on every product page.

For example, the product below has seven in stock - ready for shipment:


When an item is out of stock - we need to order it in for you.

The estimated time in business days/hours is shown instead of the stock level. This is an estimate of the amount of time between you placing an order and us sending your entire order to you from Melbourne. For example, the product below will be sent to you from Melbourne in up to 10 business days time (however it could be less):


You are also notified of this in the shopping cart page. For example, the order below contains items that are in stock and also need to be ordered in. The following example order will ship in up to ten working days time:


If your order contains one or more items that are listed as "Ships in x days/Ships in x hours" - we first order those items from our suppliers - then send the entire order once all the parts have arrived. 

If something is out of stock - you are shown not once but twice that it will "Ship in x days/x hours" - and we will not cancel and refund an order if you didn't see this. 

Please note that delivery and shipment times are always estimates based on our best information at the time. If you are not sure about something -  please email support@tronixlabs.com with your requirements before placing your order.
