Christmas and Holiday Closure Information 2017-2018

Another year has rocketed by and now we wind up for a well-deserved Christmas and New Year break  - and we hope you do too. This means that you may need to consider our order cutoff time for the period as shown below:

Order cutoff dates for Christmas:

  • If your order contains an item which is out of stock - order before 3pm Monday 11th of December and use Express Post for delivery before Christmas
  • If your order contains all items that are in stock - order before 3pm Monday 18th of December and use Express Post for delivery before Christmas

If you are tracking your order and notice that the parcel is in transit a long way from where it should be  ... relax. During this time of year Australia Post will send parcels to be sorted interstate when their local facility is running at capacity. So if you are expecting something to be delivered in Adelaide - and your parcel is in transit in Brisbane - just wait for a day or two. 

If you are in a hurry - use Express Post. Flat rate/Parcel Post/Free delivery takes two to eight business days - no matter where you are located.

We will be closed from midday 22nd December until the 3rd of January 2018. Any orders received during this time will be processed from the 4th of January. It may take 24 hours to receive a reply to your email or contact.

If you order an item which is out of stock after the 11th of December, you agree that it may not ship until 4th January.

Please note that external suppliers, international couriers and Australia Post are completely out of our control and we apologise in advance if your shipment is delayed or late due to external factors. 

However once again we'd like to thank all of our customers, suppliers and delivery partners for their contined support and efforts. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas, (or an awesome Hanukkah) and a successful New Year
