SparkFun MP3 Player Shield for Arduino from Tronixlabs Australia

You can play audio files in Ogg Vorbis/MP3/AAC/WMA/MIDI formats from a microSD card, and output can be line-level or suitable for headphone connection via the on-board socket. Using the shield is easy thanks to the neat tutorial and provided Arduino library.
