Shipping

We'll send your order anywhere in Australia - and if you order and pay before 3pm Melbourne time weekdays we'll ship it the same day if all items are in stock.

If your order consists of an item that is out of stock, we will hold the entire order until it is ready to send as one parcel. Otherwise please create two orders - one for stocked items, and another for items which are listed as "Ships in x days".

Australian orders:

You can add Signature on Delivery or Extra Cover if required for peace of mind or protection against loss. Once your parcel has been lodged with your chosen delivery service, we are no longer responsible for the parcel

All methods of shipment include full tracking. Tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been processed. Tracking information may not be available from Australia Post for up to 24 business hours. If you receive tracking information on the weekend or a public holiday, it will be available the next business day. 

Foreign orders (including New Zealand)

You may select from one or more of the following options depending on your location:

  • Australia Post Standard - this is regular non-express air mail with limited tracking to most countries, allow 1~2+ weeks for delivery. 
  • Australia Post Express - delivery to metro areas of major cities in 2~4 business days with tracking
  • Australia Post Courier - delivery to metro areas of major cities in 1~2 business days with tracking
  • FedEx - fast, trackable, secure - to almost anywhere. 

We can no longer export LiPo batteries outside of Australia. 

Tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been processed. Once your parcel has arrived in the destination country - you can use the tracking website for your local post office for more detailed tracking information. If you can't find it please email support@tronixlabs.com. 

International Customs

It is assumed you have an understanding of the local conditions prevalent to your country with regards to importing goods. We complete customs declarations honestly and will not mark your parcel as "Gift $10" or somesuch. If you refuse a package due to high import fees it will be returned to us - any fees incurred in the return will be subtracted from the amount refunded to you.
